Q: Which should I do First: purchase my lot, or choose my style of home?
A: We can help you decide which design will be appropriate for your existing lot, or assist you in finding the lot that you desire. Whether it's a lot with public utilities, or acreage in the country, we will explain all your options and requirements. When you build with us, there will be no hidden costs or surprises.
Q: How long does it take to construct the "average" home?
A: In most cases, a four to six month window of time will be sufficient. There are many variables involved, such as weather, style and size of home, and building site. Everything will be considered, and you will be given both a start and finish date. You can be assured that it will be finished on time and within your budget!
Q: How much does it cost to build a typical home?
A: Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "typical" home. Every home has it's own unique style, and so does each homeowner...along with personal preferences! For a 2,000 Square Foot Home with a minimum number of upgrades, built on your lot, $ 100.00 per square foot is a good place to start. Site work, utilities and amenities will affect the cost and will be explained and discussed in detail BEFORE signing the building contract. Be assured, you will know exactly how much your new home will cost before construction begins. No Surprises!!!
Q: In what areas of Pennsylvania will you construct a home?
A: We build in all of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties, within a 50 mile radius of Wilkes-Barre. Every location will be considered on an individual basis.
